Sports physicals are good for three years. Your student must have a current sports physical in the system prior to registration. Please turn in the MSHSL Medical Eligibility Form into the Activities Office. 

Check your Student's Sports Physical Status

Log into and select the "Health" Tab on the left menu. If the physical is current, it will be listed at the bottom of the page. If it is not current, the registration system will not allow you to register and you will need to get a new physical.
