Jefferson High School coach named finalist for national award

Nate Linscheid, Jefferson High School boys swimming and diving coach, was named a finalist for the National High School Athlete Coaches Association (NHSACA) Coach of the Year award. Linscheid is one of nine coaches representing Minnesota.

To be considered for this award, nominees must have outstanding coaching longevity and win-loss record, championship years, and received awards for service to the coaching profession.

Finalists will be recognized at the NHSACA’s national convention in July.
