Jefferson students earn awards at Metro West art exhibition

Jefferson high school students earned recognition at the Metro West conference visual arts exhibition. The show, hosted by Normandale Community College, consisted of art work by students across the conference with 16 awards presented.
Senior Connor Wigglesworth earned the highest honor, winning the Best of Show - Normandale Award of Excellence for his wooden stoneware, Pitcher Study 2.
Junior Renee Peacha and sophomore Aidan Arkley received the Award of Excellence and junior Synnove Erickson received the Award of Achievement.
