Community members are invited to a free event celebrating National Community Education Day. Bloomington Community Education (CE) is hosting a family-friendly event highlighting the many programs and services offered by CE. It's happening Thursday, Nov. 13 from 4-6 p.m. at the Kennedy Activity Center (9701 Nicollet Ave. S. Bloomington, MN 55420).

Free activities include basketball, pickleball, badminton, disc golf, physical activities for preschool-aged kids, hands-on demonstrations of CE classes and giveaways. Staff will be available to help attendees create a Community Education account and register for classes. There will also be information about job opportunities with Bloomington CE, including teaching classes.
