2026-27 School Supply Lists

Prepackaged School Supplies

Families are welcome to purchase school supplies themselves or use School Tool Box to order prepackaged school supplies. This year, school supplies purchased through School Tool Box by July 5, 2026, will be delivered directly to the school. These items will be placed in your student's classroom before assessment days! If you order after July 5, 2026, the items will be shipped directly to your home.

Supply Lists

Families wishing to purchase school supplies on their own can use the lists below. Please bring supplies on Assessment Days (Aug. 27 or Aug. 28). Sign-ups for Assessment Days will be available in early August. 

Please do not label school supplies. Some of the items on the supply list are a requested brand. When a specific brand is preferred, it is because that brand is of a significantly higher quality, lasts longer, and is noticeably easier for students to use. If you would like to donate extras of any of the supplies listed below, it would be greatly appreciated!

School Supplies by Grade Level

2026-27 Normandale Hills Elementary School Supplies List for Kindergarten:

  • 1 Zipper pouch
  • 12 No. 2 pencils, standard size
  • 3 Wide-ruled spiral notebooks, (any solid color)
  • 3 Boxes of crayons, (24 pack)
  • 2 Boxes of 8 colored broad-tip markers, (basic colors)
  • 1 Scissors, 5” pointed, (Fiskars are best)
  • 12 Small glue sticks, (Elmer’s washable is best)
  • 2 Dry erase, black, odorless markers
  • 1 Ream white copy paper, 8 ½" x11", 500 sheets, (please avoid the Target Up & Up Brand)
  • 1 Large box of tissues
  • 2 Containers of disinfecting wipes (Bleach Free)

Additional Information:

Children need tennis shoes daily for Physical Education class. They also need a backpack large enough to hold art projects.
